For Digital Products:
Patterns are in PDF-Format, those are instand downloading, some patterns are in Dutch and in English. Most patterns are in English only on the moment.
For Phycical Products:
All items will be shipped from the Netherlands to Worldwide destinations.
Shipment will be made after your payment has been cleared, within 3 working days.
All items will be shiped by Standard Mail.
This means NO INSURANCE & NO TRACKING NUMBER!!!
In case you would like your item to be sent by registered mail or with insurance, please contact me before committing on buying and I will calculate the extra costs.
I cannot be held responsabele for any lost, damaged or misplaced parcels if
the item is sent by Standard Mail!!
International customers are resposable for any custom taxes, d
uties or others charges if applicable.
